Nap foam is used to transport sensitive objects. Due to its wave shape, it is ideal for transporting sensitive products. It adapts to the transported inventory, holds them in position, and has a damping effect in the event of falls. We suggest using the knobbed foam as protection in the lid of transport boxes, preventing your products from hitting the top of the box and being damaged.
The convoluted foam CFNP020 fits optimally in the lid of the Auer Euro containers. This lid has a circumferential notch on the inside. They fit the knobbed foam exactly into the inner surface, which is limited by the notch. The foam provides the full protective effect without protruding over the notch. With no protrusion, the hinged lid closes flush. This saves space and looks good.
You can also use the nap foam with other boxes with aluminum or similar plastic surface.
